Delta IPA is our first beer. Launched in 2013 when IPAs were still unknown in Belgium. It was a full part of the co-creation process, voted by more than 850 Brussels residents in the summer of 2013, against three other prototypes (Alpha, Beta and Gamma). Today, it remains the star among the All-Stars!

L’histoire du Brussels Beer Project se compte en quelques années, pas en siècles. Le projet a vu le jour en 2013 sous l’impulsion de deux passionnés, Olivier et Sébastien. Aux caves des abbayes, nous avons préféré Bruxelles : cosmopolite, contemporaine, vibrante. Notre mission?
